Constant freezing and crashing on Xbox Series X

The game crashes almost everytime I enter a map or jump into an abyssal depth area. Crashes happen during combat or moving throughout the maps fairly often too. Sometimes I am booted to the dashboard, others my xbox just completely shuts off. I have also had the game freeze and become unresponsive causing me to force quit the game. The latest patches haven't made any changes to this.
