Corruption not spawning

I tend to crash 1 to 2 times every couple maps. I think that my corruption quest has bugged out. I'm clearing up to t15 maps, and still cannot get past the cleanse a t3 corruption nexus. I've searched the fog for signs of corruption with nothing.
