Unable to Link Steam Account to Path of Exile Account – Error Code

I am experiencing an issue when trying to link my Steam account to my Path of Exile account. When I attempt this, I receive the following error message:

"An error occurred processing your request. Please try again later."
Error code: fec264735caffca1f9a40fe52f8ccf7d

Additionally, I previously received a message indicating that my Steam account is already linked to another Path of Exile account, while I am trying to link it to my current account.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and link my Steam account to the correct Path of Exile account?
