Shockwave totem doesn't have an "attack without moving" option

Shockwave totem can't be used while moving anyways, so I'd like to be able to rely on my character not just randomly walking around when I'm trying to place a totem. There's an option if you check under the "slam" tab of the expanded gem info, but it unchecks itself every time you leave that tab and doesn't seem to have an effect. The option is simply not there under the "totem" tab of the expanded skill info (which is where I'd expect it to be). This is prettymuch the only thing that causes me to feel like I'm losing control of my character since the 0.3c sprint change so it'd be swell if this could be added some time.
