Need help with functional mace modifiers for a shield build?

Hey guys, I could use some help with figuring out what works for shield skill scaling on a mace.

Prefix:
Flat damage boosts - no effect (local buff).
Physical % damage boosts - no effect (local buff).
Accuracy rating - no effect (local buff).
Increased elem. damage - functional.
Desecrated:
Increased damage against enemies with fully broken armour - functional.
Attacks with this weapon penetrate fire resistance - no effect (local buff).
Empowered attacks deal increased Damage - functional.
Increased physical damage + reduced attack speed - no effect (local buff).
Increased damage while you have a totem - unknown.

Suffix:
to Level of all Melee Skills - functional.
Leeches % of Physical Damage as Life - functional.
Leeches % of Physical Damage as Mana - functional.
Life per Enemy Killed - functional.
Mana per Enemy Killed - functional.
Grants Life per Enemy Hit - unknown.
Increased Attack Speed - no effect (local buff).
Critical Hit Chance - unknown.
Critical Damage Bonus - unknown.
Increased Stun Duration - unknown.
Increased Stun Buildup - functional.
Desecrated:
% of Skill Mana Costs Converted to Life Costs - unknown.
Essences:
Perfect essence of Haste - no effect (local buff).

Most modifiers not related to shield skill scaling are obviously omitted.

Right now the best setup seems to be:
1-2 prefixes filled with junk
Elem damage boost if you deal fire damage
Warcry/armor break boost desecrate
+to all levels of melee
Stun duration/stun buildup?
Strength
Skill speed/Damage vs rares+bosses for runes

Any help/tips?
