QoL for leveling alts

Hey,
I think it would be nice if, after finishing all acts once, every new character would automatically get all the extra buffs (like +10 cold res etc.). For the buffs where you need to choose, you should be able to pick again.

Also, a kind of leveling map would be great. Your main could quickly build some leveling gear there, trade it over, and then the new character can level fast up to around 60/65 to jump right into endgame.

What do you think about this?

Would be good, with some option for those who like self-torture doing it again normally.
Maybe with some extra help, XP boost (up to L60s or main levels), some item-gem for quicker leveling up method.
Place to spice up the game!
