Elemental spells tuning/variaty feedback

Hey.

Surely im not the first and not the last one who talks about that topic, but wanna say a couple things about current state of spell casters.

Leveling with elemental spells sucks. Sucks. A. Lot.

Started arc blood mage on league start, was painful.
Now started on fireball/living bomb infernalist ssf, also sucks (even with damn good staff, 2 gained as, +2, spell damage, cast speed in act2).

Hate playing with ED, but there's no other way to comfortably level through acts.

Another topic is spell variaty.
There's pretty much none. Lots of spells locked behind certain weapon type, and its feels bad. It's a cool idea, but let's say i want to play Reap? Welp, locked into the staff. Spellslinger? Damn good meta skill, locked behind dueling wand. Can build around this, but beeing locked for 1 specific base feels a bit bad.

I understand that GGG wants more combos, but having only a couple of "main" skills is just feels bad moment.
Lightning: Arc or Spark. I dont like spark, so the only option i have is Arc? Welp.
Fire: Fireball or Fuselage.
Ice: Uhhhh, ice nova i guess, idk.

You can make them good later in maps, but i love to level with the spell i want to build around later. (Im pretty sure most of the community does as well)

Also currently i feel like 99% of spell caster blood mage builds are beeing carried by Bloodletting and Tecrod. Those are getting triple tapped and probably will be nerfed to the ground next league. So i guess starting blood mage is just bad idea next league? Feels bad moment as well.

Other spell casters in the endgame are alright as far as i've seen, but nowhere near bloodletting blood mages, let's be honest.

Infusions are nice when you can solve them later, early they are kind of bad.
I also dont like that there's a hude difference in how easy you can generate them for different elements.
Ligtning warp + orb, both with unleash allows for quite easy lightning infusion ondemand generation.
Living bomb is also good both for mapping and bosses, but cluncker then warp.
For cold tho, i guess the only way to place some frost bomb and wait awkwardly.

Snap is a good option for everything, but again have a difference for each element, since its much easier to shock/ignite than freeze. Also cd? Really?

Overall i would really love to see alot of tuning for spells in 0.4.
Especially would love much more different spell gems overall.
