Party Leader only allowed to open maps

I really hate this change in 0.3, our group runs a lot of stuff all at once and will hop into others stuff as we're playing and looking for something to do. If someone has a great map node we'll jump over and join them for their next map and then go back to running our own maps. Now we have to be split up and invite each other for these one off maps or other content we want to run.

Please bring back allowing people to run maps even when they aren't the party leader so everyone can run their own stuff even if they are in a party. It's really hurt our group's enjoyment this league as it means we can't see what everyone else is up to so we can't realize that two people might be running chaos trials solo or mapping solo as our default is to not party anymore.
