PS5 has been really laggy these past few days

What is going on over there? Why are PS5 players experiencing such severe lag these past few days — all from something as simple as an API interface?

Every time I play a few rounds or load a few maps in a row, the game starts to lag horribly. It’s not just occasional — it always happens after a few matches. Just now, the pause menu even came up, but my character was still moving (due to delay) and ended up dying — losing XP in the process.

This is extremely frustrating and makes the game unplayable. Are you even aware of this issue?
