Omen of whitteling

HI, I used an omen of whittling to get rid of a suffix modifier of intelligence T3, and got rid of my {49} T1 spirit in the prefix modifier. I had a +3 spell skills fracture. I wanted to get rid of the T3 intelligence, but all other modes were T2 and T1. If you can help other players and resolve this issue, it will hopefully benefit them in the future. Is there any way you guys can help me with this issue? Or compensation for losing 10 divs on this craft nowitem stats +3 spell skills27% spell damage+49 spirit20% damaged taken recouped as life+26 intelligence(was trying to remove with whittling, but whittling got rid of +49 spirit)stats now+3 spell skills27% spell damagemax mana20% damaged taken recouped as life+26 intelligencePlease let me know if there is anything you can do. Why do the mods have levels and not be based on the tiers? This is so dumb. How is a regular person supposed to know this stuff? arghh I'm so annoyed
