which requires the 3 fragments from each citadel; you can fight severral trys to defeat arbitrer but if you logout and ctrl+play buton you loose fragments and must find again all 3 major city fragment stones

let player go out on final boss encounter without logout off and ctrl press+play button (new instance server) i mean make elevator work to zone out.

After defeat ascendary 3 on chaos ultimatum you must use 3 stones ; yf you zone out and buy that fragments you musts run all the way back to the fragments door again (please put waypoints to fast travel inside ultimatum after the encounter is complete).

siren boss with 360 mechanic( rework the phasing of the boss ; cause is wasting time soo soo much to end the encounter).we apreciate the graphics design but please make the encounter less boring on boss phassing
