Can you please remove the Atlas points from unique maps

Both in 0.2 and now in 0.3 I have been in my mid level 90s while still missing 6 atlas points because I can't find the supposed unique nodes that are supposed to give me the atlas points.

Can you please reconsider this system. It's stupid.
