[Keybind] [Hideout] Allow disable skill usage in hideout for currency manipulation

Hi, since we have WASD, shift is a very good key to bind for use skills. The issue is that is also the shortcut for multiple use of currency. So we have to unbind skill before crafting waystones & fragments.
