Act 4 Final Boss bug

I ran into an issue right after defeating the Act 4 main boss. Just as the boss died, the 0.3.0c patch maintenance began and the servers went down. The boss is now dead, but the door to the Excavated Site never appeared and still hasn’t opened after relogging.

Could you please help me with this or let me know how I can progress?
