For three seasons, this boss issue has persisted. Are you unwilling to fix it, or are you simply incapable of fixing it?
Sending emails to customer service is pointless—they never relay our feedback to you. They only respond to players with mechanical, canned responses, or sometimes don’t reply at all! Previously, we asked customer service to forward some script-related issues we exposed to your team, but it seems you didn’t take them seriously either. I merely thought it would be better to avoid causing you negative publicity by making these issues public, hoping you would handle them properly. Yet, all we got in return were... And your in-game "report system" doesn’t even distinguish between "false reports" and "legitimate reports." When players appeal after being maliciously reported, the responses are nothing but(perfunctory handling)!

so I'm a bit confused about this post, what is the issue? if your reports are like this post, it makes sense that there was no response. it seems that you reported an issue and you didnt get much response? did you expect them to immediately patch an issue or detail to you the debugging process in real time? and what do you even mean by false reports and legitimate reports? I'd assume all reports are treated as legitimate, in which case, what were you doing that you'd get reported for?
