NPC DIALOG (and cinematic subtitles) in another language than the rest of the game


This was already a request for POE 1 (I found the same requests in 2019 and 2021), but I think we should be able to choose a different language for NPC dialogue and cutscene subtitles than for the rest of the game: all item names, affixes, stats, passive tree skills, and skill names should remain in English, as all resources on the web are available in English. However, we want to be able to comfortably follow the story with NPC dialogue and cutscene subtitles in our primary language.

I tried to fix the problem myself using the POE Viewer tool. I think I've found the right files to replace:
- npctalkdialoguetextaudio.datc64
- words.datc64
- npctalk.datc64
- npctextaudio.datc64
(The list may not be complete, but here are some ideas)

The idea would be to replace the English files (located in "data/") with their equivalents (they have the same name) in our primary language ("data/french" for example). But I can't do that because I need additional tools that I don't have (or that are no longer up-to-date and therefore don't work properly) to do so, since these are .datc64 files (whereas in the Windows installation folder, everything is a "bundle.bin" file). So I'm stuck and can't do it myself.

Since this has been a request since POE1 (the first requests were 6 years ago!), it should be available in the base game so that everyone can choose what suits them best:
- a setting for the UI language (and all systems: items, passives, stats, etc.)
- a separate setting for NPC dialogue + cinematic subtitles
- and currently there is also a setting for the chat language, which can either remain as is or be grouped with the UI language setting.

I really hope this request will finally be addressed by the developers.
