Vaal City Boss Stuck Bug ID: 3,605,392,405

Issue:
Was fighting the Viper boss on Vaal City map. I somehow got stuck in a spot in the arena. I tried placing Dark Effigy totems around the arena but they kept getting placed directly on my feet.

Eventually the arena closed in and I was standing in the hitbox of one of the wall NPCs and they kept stabbing me with me being unable to move and unable to hit the boss with any attacks or totems (Essence Drain, Contagion, or Dark Effigy).

I tried going to character selection and when I zoned back in I was exactly in the same spot, stuck. Eventually I had to conceded the map because I was being damaged by the wall npc and was slowly dying while being barely able to touch the boss.

This happened to me just now, and I lost my run and my map. This needs to be fixed.
