Issue with Receiving "Cloak of Abyssal" Twitch Drop

I recently claimed the "Cloak of Abyssal" Twitch Drop, but it has not appeared in my Path of Exile account. Other rewards such as the helmet and Clam Stash, which were also claimed through Twitch, were successfully delivered in-game. However, the Cloak of Abyssal is still missing.

I have already tried unlinking and relinking my Path of Exile account from Twitch, and the drop shows as claimed in my Twitch inventory, but it still has not appeared in-game.

Could you please look into this issue and help resolve it?

its been 3 days i still ahvent gotten the abnyssall cloak
