Blasphemy bug

I have cut 3 Blasphemy gems in hopes of fixing the issue but they
all run into the same one after a while. For some reason it refuses to
detect any and all curse gems I socket into it even if and when I have
enough spirit to toggle it and they are all of the same level. Adding
sockets, adding quality, socketing permanent minion skills all seem
to cause blasphemy to bug and it will forever then refuse to function.
Any new one I cut will work until either I socket a new minion and or
change up my gear that removes spirit as far as I am aware, it
glitches it and I can do nothing to fix it myself beyond cutting a new
gem. These are simply my observations and I am not 100% certain they
are the cause, only what I know I was doing at the time of the glitch.
The skill is completely unusable if I cant change anything in my build
at will without risking the chance for it to bug out.
