Broken Omen of Whittling

I'd like to congratulate Jon Rogers for his stellar performance with his arithmetic. I used an Omen of Whittling with my chaos orb to remove "the lowest tier mod" of my weapon. It's clearly written in plain English. To my not so astonishment, the tier 4 mod I was expecting to get wiped remained on my weapon while the tier 3 mod was instead removed. I'll be honest, I am finally done with this game. I am going to ask nicely for you to ban my account, preventing me from ever touching this game in the future. Jon Rogers has continued to keep adding new crap to this game without fixing the root cause of any of the problems that the game already has. The lag and frame rate issues have been plaguing this game and yet he adds 500 enemies to a single pixel every few steps you take in the game and has slowly made me lose interest. But completely destroying my weapon because he failed math class has made me realize this game is never going to be a good game. It will remain simply an "addicting game". I know the excuse will be that this is a beta, but that is completely irrelevant. A game in a beta phase is meant to be correcting functionality and making sure that the game has a stable foundation. It is not meant to be adding new content without erradicating well known issues that people have constantly complained about on every platform this game is available on. Please, ban my account. I'm done. No exceptions.

Quite clearly, this has already been discovered when my weapon was destroyed. I didn't ask for an explanation. I asked for my account to be banned. This is completely unacceptable. Considering mod "levels" do not appear on an item, this is another thing we can add to the list of over a hundred things Jon Rogers has failed at. How he can show his face in public is beyond my comprehension. Perhaps I can explain this in a way that can be understood. If I had a cheeseburger and I used an Omen of Cheese Removal, somewhere in Jon Rogers head he would try to justify why my burger patty was removed instead and claim user error. Is the possibility of my burger being destroyed listed in the fine print, or is this perhaps just terrible design?
This game at it's core is a failure. Now, perhaps we can start working on getting my account banned and get this message passed along to the proper teams so this issue can finally be resolved. I'd appreciate that very much.
