Some random suggestions

Two-handed weapons needs to be buffed. I suggest increasing its base attack speed to be comparable to its one handed counterpart and add 20% More Area of Effect for Attacks.

Giant's Blood should have a penalty of 20% Less Attack Damage and 20% Less Attack Speed, when using two-handed axe, mace or sword. Remove the halved life gained from strength, and if the above suggestion was added also add 20% Less Area of Effect for Attacks. Change the requirement back to two times strength.

Remove the dual weapon penalties for all skills including basic attacks.

While I'm at it staves' should have a 20% More Area of Effect for Spells, also their modifiers should have doubled the value compared to wands.
