Tecrod's revenge lineage support bug

Tecrod's Revenge has a 10 second last gasp effect. However, "skill effect duration" does not increase this 10 second window even though it is tagged as a "duration" support

Bump. Please look into this. allowing skill effect duration to scale the last gasp effect would open doors to new creative minion builds
