Time of Need - Edit/Remove Sound design PLEASE!

Devs, the 'Time of Need' sound/ding goes off every couple of seconds. I've had it on for a few days, and it's become one of the most annoying parts of the game. I ended up manually deleting the sound file from the game directory just to get some peace. I've seen many others bring this up — it's clearly a recurring issue and a long-standing request from the community. Please consider addressing it, as it feels like it's been ignored.
