Tendril Sentinel needs a nerf

Has one particular skill that is extremely strong. It sends Tendrils through the ground with good visibility you do see them, otherwise you just dont. And then they erupt under you. According to POE2DB the skill is not evadable. Which it even stronger.
The low visibility on many maps is also problematic because you simpyl dont see the attack. I just died to this attack. I was in Slick and the Mob attacked me there. You are unable to see the attack. It did aroudn 3000 dmg out of nothing. Omen of Resurgence did not activate. Its a literal one shot from a white mob. How is that acceptable? You dont know how you died and you cant really do anything against it its not an evadable skill, Evasion is useless there (whyever that is the case), you either dodge the skill or take it.

Base Skill Damage 212 - 319 and an Attack Damage modifier of 150%. Thats base not adjusted for level or map modifiers. And its not evadable if poe2db is correct.

Just almost died to a pack of white mobs like these.
Came here to check if I was insane or if it was the mob.

I have had zero problems, not a single close call on my HC Ritualist, Map tier 13 now. Then I run into these and I have to reset the map because what the hell is that damage. I will not take that risk.

They are worse than any rare that I have seen so far, especially in narrow, confined spaces like the mansions for the deadly boss: You fight something in the corridor and then you get shot by one, or multiple of them, through an open door when you haven't even seen yet.

The fact that it can't be evaded, not that blocking helps either, is absolutely bonkers.
Strongly agree. I play evasion amazon. 67 70 ev deflection. And these mobs just 1 shot out of nothing. WHITE mob stronger than Xesht T4. This is ridiculous. I wasted so much XP on this bullshit. Needs nerf to the ground ASAP.
Yeah they're among a few mobs and/or mods that are way overtuned with no real thought put into it. Not evadeable, aoe, stupid amount of phys(?) dmg and bleed on top of that. It should be either mega nerfed in all ways or they should make the ability WAY slower for the mob to cast. Only counter is to insta kill them so maybe reduce their hp by tons? Hate when mobs that insta deletes u are not even glasscannons...

Loving the game, loving the difficulty but holy shit some of these designs are just so poorly thought out. They completely negate some builds usually melee builds gets much more punished than ranged builds which feels super unfair.
My warrior was never hit for more than 10% of my health throughout Act 1, including bosses. 3 of these hit me and I'm dead. I had full 450 health, ~50% all res, and 65% DR from armor. These white mobs hit harder than any rare or boss in the entirety of Act 1. If I die, I want to die to a slam, a telegraphed spell or taking a risk. None of that happened here. I walked up, was hit by 3 of these and instantly died in less than 1 second.

Please address this.
