Account Locked after trying to login with hotspot

Hey guys my internet went out recently so I tried to login on my phones hotspot. Ended up being a bad idea because now my account is locked but GGG absolutely refuses to send the unlock code in the email. I know I can get emails from GGG support because I have a reply to a question. I've tried even changing my email and it says it sent a verification email but that also did not get sent. I have GGG support email as a contact and prioritized, I have access to the email and the forum account it just won't let me in to the actual game without an unlock code. Do I really need to wait weeks for support to reply to an email with something that should be a 30 second fix?

Is there no other way than to wait for email support? Seems like the wait time is abysmal lately.
