Network Latency Issues (Maps / other Hideouts)

Since a few days ago, I've experienced a network latency issue on the server if I go to
other hideouts or maps.

Today I lost another map because it is unplayed in this state.

having the same issue every few maps
I have that problem for like 2 weeks now, it just happens that there is bad load of instance that causes lag spikes.
It is aprox 1 in 4 loadings from character selection (or changing server) to not cause issue.

Most of the time i get bad loads because ground effect did not loaded on server or client, either from map, periodical curse or rare mob, and ends up as bad client - server communication.

I think there is some issue with ground effects cliping bellow ground tileset that causes it.
small workaround since u dont loose portals when you not die

when i open a new map and get in and i instant have the pulsating lags go back to hideout 4-5 times and for some reason then the map is not laggy anymore and i can play normally

Exactly the same problem. I had no issues at the beginning of 0.3.0. If I remember correctly, the network issue appeared when I started using new trade system and end game maps. It's incredible that we have no news about this problem, it doesn't happen to me with any other similar game or any other type in the same server area.
