Issue with Merchant’s Tab Upgrade after buying Lord of Ogham Pack

Hello,
I purchased the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack before the release of Path of Exile 2. According to the announcement, Premium Stash Tabs bought before launch should be eligible for a free conversion to Merchant’s Tabs. However, I do not see the option to upgrade my Premium Stash Tab to a Merchant’s Tab for free. Could you please check my account and clarify why I don’t have access to this feature?
