Bug Report – Lightning Arrow Skill Gem Unusable Due to Mana Issue

Hello,

I have a total of +8 global modifiers to my skills (+4 to all attack skills and +4 to projectile attack skills). Today, after logging in, I encountered a bug that prevents me from using the Lightning Arrow skill gem (Level 20+8, Quality 20%). The game incorrectly reports that I do not have enough mana to use the skill, despite having full mana.

To troubleshoot, I tried the following:

Swapped to a Lightning Arrow gem with Level 19+8, Quality 20% – same issue occurred.

Took a Level 1 Lightning Arrow gem from my stash – it worked normally.

Upgraded that Level 1 gem to Level 19+8 – it continued to work without issue.

However, I am unwilling to spend currency to upgrade it again to Level 20 and Quality 20%, especially since this appears to be a bug.

Please investigate and resolve this issue. It seems that higher-level versions of the Lightning Arrow gem are incorrectly flagged as requiring more mana than they should.
