let uncut gems be tradeable in big W Asynchronous Trade

as the big W QoL broughht into PoE 2 it feels so bad to trade in person a low value item, as the league/update is running.
so many peaople have them in public stash tabs but not responding at all anymore in week 2 for just 1 exalt, regal or vaal orb.

feels like a huge letdown while we have asynchronous trade now. and it feels more bad as more time passes.
