the only skills on staves should be support/ buff focused (rip reap)

no one is going to use the damage skills on staves to any meaningful degree. if you can't increase gem levels and trigger them, its rip. have you guys seen the other skills in poe2db? soulrend and dark pact are also on staves. ggg is condemning these skills to uselessness. where is the outrage?

i really, really, really dislike this design direction. please. please don't continue like this.

instead of putting damage skills on staves which effectively guts them, put support skills on them instead like sigil of power. yeah they will still be nothing more than stat sticks, but there will be a reason to actually use them and the design direction of skills on weapons is kept.
