Support keeps asking questions i already proved the account is mine slow bad suport

Plz help get back to my account i already submited screenshot characters name my ip my steam id wich i currenly possess i have hundreds of screenshots of me playing my chracters name and stats i provided the account name and # number i provided transaction receipts from steam what else do u want just give my account back and support keeps ignoring and when he answer he asks for more stuff the account was created more than 10 years ago its have allways been mine on my steam id i spent hundreds of dollars on it plz give it back why is ggg trying to steal my access.

GGG has always been more concerned about making sure they don't help someone steal an account than making it easy to recover a lost one.

Earlier this year a few people in similar situations who eventually did get theirs back reported at least 4 exchanges between themselves and a senior support person with 4-6 weeks between them (after a faster exchange or two with junior support). What you're describing so far, frustrating as it is, is their normal process.

Since you appear to be several messages deep in the process, can you say how quickly GGG is responding to you? Account recovery has appeared to be the slowest process since support was overwhelmed when POE2 0.1 launched last fall. I am curious if they're starting to catch up here yet or not.

I have the same problem with my account being locked since august 23rd. Since then they have emailed me 4 times asking for my original email, ipv4, purchases,... and i have provided them all. The most recent email they asked the same question i answered before. I dont know how long it will take for my problem to be resolved.
Im beginning to think i should have left mine as is. Atleast i could play this support is apauling.
