twitch drops PoE2

dear grinding gear,

it seems i also have the same issue that quite a few people have.

this the helmet of abyssal, clam stash and the portal not showing up ingame.

i have verified that my accounts are linked, and i even relinked them accordingly..
the drops have also been claimed.

i sent a support email, with screenshots of that i claimed it in the twitch inventory. yet the reply is to relink the accounts.. which i already done. and they asked me send a screenshot of my drop inventory.. which i also already did.

I hope this issue can be resolved quickly, since i really want to use the items ingame
