Diablo 4 wardrobe system

I wanna be able to turn salvaged items into skins through the wardrobe, that feature is really nice in diablo especially when we bought the game in early access, why not add that feature it's really nice, some of the clothings look really nice, its such a waste

I don't know how D4 Wardrobe works. But some unique items looks very cool and i always wanted to have ability to equip them in appearance slot.
