A Ranger Mobility Skill has Desappeared.

Hello.

One of the best mobility skills of the Ranger has desappeared. With "Electrocuting Arrow" the Ranger leaped foward into the air, jumping over the enemy, and fired downard to it, but that is all gone. It was one of the coolest animations and fun skills to play and now is just lame. What happened?
