Cant set ascendancy skills to a weapon set

Why can we still not set ascendancy skills such as the chronomancer's new curse to a specific weapon set like any other normal skill? having to manually weapon swap is so clunky and bad.

Im surprised this still hasn't been changed, Its been an issue since 0.1.
