Lost 2 hours of progress

Title.

I played my new witch last night for 2 hours. Upon logging on today, she is apparently now level 2 and unable to leave Clearfell camp. Furthermore, the items I equipped are no longer anywhere to be found, and i have lost my skills.

This makes me worried to play at all.

Has anyone else experienced this?
