Treat every class as the "Scion". (more freedom in the skill tree)

What if any class could start at any point connected to the big circle in the center.
The stat nodes / skill gems etc already allow for us to go a different path with the skills we choose. But due to the starting location of each class it's difficult to justify doing anything off meta, cause of the large amount of points we need to travel to get to the relevant stuff for those skills.

at least there should be less travel points in outer/inner ring to cheaper transfer
