FYI: Unable to redeem Epic key for POE 2

Trying to redeem the Epic client key (POE 2 EA) on Epic's website/Epic client gives an error that it is the wrong country code. My Epic account and location is Australia. I have contacted Epic Customer Support, but wondered if this has occurred with anyone else?
