Hacked need help

Hi all I've contacted support but heard nothing back. Someone changed my email and password on the site. I still have secondary acsess but they keep trying to log in via site kicking me off the game. I first thought it was a bug but after looking at my account noticed email had changed. Really need this sorted many thanks.

This is my epic account. Im beginninng to think this will not be sorted anytime soon. Looking into the forum seems like support is very very understaffed to handle any kind of hackking situation other than locking people out. Why should your players suffer being completly locked out even after sending proof. This is very very poor. Once again a game thats decent let down by poor management. Has soon as you knew leakes happened you should have been ready (Yes i read the report) So in one last ditch effort lets get a propper eta not a copy and paste from a spreadsheet. Many thanks.
