Fix Brazilian servers please!!

It has been days already that the game lag spikes to 1000 MS every 2 seconds when we get to 7PM and that lasts until around 11:30PM, so the game is unplayable for hours everyday and that is happening since after the free weekend, i have to switch to US servers around that time and play with 130+ MS until it gets better in our servers, please fix it. AND NO, ITS NOT MY INTERNET!
