Bursting Decay ring availability

Hi, can anybody tell me if unique Bursting Decay Unset Ring is available as a drop in 0.3. I've been searching for the information on Reddit, Youtube and Discords and still no luck. I farmed 20 corrupted nexuses and haven't encountered a single Pale Angel boss. Is that a bug or intended removal. I was really excited to do a build around it and I was quite disappointed not being able to find it on trade or in game.

There hasn't been any announcement that it has been drop disabled, however it does not seem to be dropping.
probably some bug like some of the talismans and other uniques that have not been dropping since 0.3 launched

Too bad, maybe they will enable it in the next patch. I was really hyped to do a build around it :(

Hey Just a heads up if info is still needed. I just got one to drop. I had been doing corrupted nexus non stop lately and got a 3rd boss (Anell) or something like that. It dropped the ring.

Up until that point, i had eater of flesh and skittermind only spawn (did maybe 40 corrupted nexus'). Wasnt even aware there were more bosses.

Ya they updated today to add it in but bursting decay is now 280 div cause its late in the league, its not that good a ring ill be waiting for a very significant price drop lol
