Surgical Experimentalist (light spammer mob) - tone down the visuals on his spells please [feedback]

This mob makes the entire screen into cancer. me and others are asking about visual clarity improvements and this mob is still doing it and possibly causing some of my crashes.

Are you doing this out of spite GGG? whats the reason behind such visual clutter from just one mob? I don't get it

Just to be clear- keep the damage, keep the particle count, keep the chain count, but town down the visuals of this ffs

They're horrible.
I have a lot of sensory issue so i tought it was just me but i really suffer when they're on maps because of the visuals.
