Bug on Chaos Innoculation

Everytime i play CI it seems that there is damage bypassing my energy shield, i end up dying while on full or partially full energy shield and if there is some kind of damage that bypasses energy shield there is no point of playing CI if i cant counter it. Addind to that i've seen on reddit that a bug was fixed with CI but on my stormwaver my life still shows as 1/1700 rather than 1/1. This is for Path of Exile 2

There's 3 sources of ES bypass I can think of off the top of my head:

1. Atziri's Disdain.
2. Lich ascendancy without the second ascendancy that prevents life from changing while having ES.
3. Heavy Buffer notable on the passive tree that allows for 5% bypass.

Remove whichever one is causing it.
