Bug when dying to Rattlecage while killing him.

Took on the ascension trial quest, got to the final boss Rattlecage.
Managed to kill him but at the same time I died to him.

Since this was during the quest to ascend the quest log updated and I lost the quest Coin (that allows for entrance).

I I respawned outside the trial and couldn't walk back in without the coin, and therefore couldn't get my loot or choose my ascension.
