[Build of the Week] Glacial Bolt/Artillery Ballista Tactician

Super fun off meta crossbow build. I know most people playing tactician have been going grenades so I decided to try and look for some other alternative that doesn't cause you to go blind haha. I think it turned out pretty great and uses some unique tech


The crux of this build is centered around having our ballista breaking our ice wall fragments from glacial bolts by utilizing the tactician totem node so they shoot where/when we shoot and then the Biting Frost support for the totems to make them instantly shatter the wall on contact. Our damage then comes from the new support Crystalline Shards to apply a ton of impales to the targets which are then consumed quickly by the totems volley of arrows. This itself would be great for damage but the special benefit is that with the added physical damage from the impales we can actually use the rage font support to generate 44 rage almost instantly. This combined with the berserk spirit gem cause our damage to get out of control. For Bosses you can also add in snipers mark and then High Velocity Rounds (HVR) because that will include the impales from glacial bolt and all your subsequent glacial bolt and totem hits will gain the HVR damage.

Thanks! I'm doing 15's mostly at this point but thats just from being lazy and not wanting to vaal a bunch of maps haha. Definitely capable of doing 16's as I've done a couple no problem

This is after getting my six link set up. Nothing crazy on this map but there is a 48% more health mod so the damage is pretty good I think. Only weird thing is needing to aim right in front of the boss to get max damage but I think if i just specced into pierce it would solve this issue maybe
