Pandemonium set SHOP

I've been waiting for two or three weeks for this cosmetic armor set to go on sale, and it never arrives.

Is there a rotation schedule or anything else I should know because the wait is getting long?

I'm looking for a set with a good effect, and I really liked this one, but at almost 800 points, it's huge compared to others, hence my wait for it to go on sale.
