Leap Slam - Improve Skill to Traverse Map Obstacles

I urge GGG to make Leap Slam skill better at traversing map obstacles, similar to the Barbarian's Leap in Diablo 4 where you can jump across gaps and chasms, jump up or down cliffs, and clear other impassable terrain on the map. This change would make Leap Slam a good mobility skill.
