How long does it take for support to reply im been waiting for days now for a reply

Ive saw on forum posts it may take like a month+ for support to reply shnould i give up on playing this season on path of exile 2 i spent hundreds of dolars and want to spend more money but i need support i will buy merchant tabs please help me give u money lol im tired of waiting already im gonna have to find another game to play it sucks to lose all my purchases.
