The Unborn Lich Ravenous Staff and "His Scattering Calamity" spell

Mechanic of this spell is similar to Ember Fusillade but the most annoying thing on it is the delay in between shots.




and any supports do not reduce this delay
i think GGG should reduce delay to the level of Ember Fusillade delay
U cannot 6-link it, u cannot level up it rather then buying staff with level 20 and u cannot boost it with level rather then expensive runes and proj level from amul.

its just unfair that something like that is unplayeble.
I invested time to level witch and money, but in the end its just literally shit
