point shop issue

I purchased a hideout decoration object called "Demonic Portal" from the PS Point Shop,
but it says it's unavailable for use when I tryed to. It it can't be used, it shouldn't be available for purchase in the first place, but it was. I'm requesting a prompt refund of my points. Last bumped on Sep 10, 2025, 5:52:06 AM
